The National Quality Award is the highest distinction that organizations that are national bench-marks of quality and competitiveness. Working as an example of inspiration towards the Mexican organization’s excellence. The National Quality Award is a strategic program of the National Institution for Entrepreneurship from the Secretariat of Economy and the Department of Business, which belongs to the Institute for promotion of Quality. (IFC Spanish acronym).

The National Quality Award objectives are:

*Promote a culture of excellence, through diagnosis, innovation, and diffusion of exemplary cases that make the quality of the administration tangible.

*Evaluate the development of organizations, trough an objective, thrust worthy, transparent pro-cess.

*Generate knowledge experiences, to boost growth, change and to guarantee the enhancement to innovation.

*Obtain a diagnosis of the capabilities of the business, to stay afloat in a growing environment.

Isla Pasión won this distinctive during 2016 for its high-quality standards and client service. This award was given in “Los Pinos” (presidential house) in hands of the President of Mexico Enrique Peña Nieto.

Moderniza Distinctive SECTUR

The Moderniza distinctive is a capacitation program that allows small and medium enterprises to incorporate their way of working, including tools and practices that allows them to better fulfill client satisfaction, personal development, to diminish the waste in productive activities in order to make the enterprise more competitive so it can give better quality services.

The Florida-Caribbean Cruise Association (FCCA) is a not-for-profit trade organization composed of 21 Member Lines operating nearly 200 vessels in Floridian, the Caribbean and Latin American waters.
