Isla Pasión Safety Operations Protocols represent our current practices regarding the recommended operations in our facilities, where and when permitted by law, during this time of the unprecedented SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) pandemic. The health and safety of our employees and our visitors is our number one priority, and our hope in sharing this information is that it may be of assistance to others.

Said protocols have earned us the Safe Travels Certificate granted by the World Travel and Tourism Council, in addition to the Certificate in Health Protection and Prevention in Tourist Facilities granted by the Secretary of Tourism and the Secretary of Health

These measures consist among other things, taking the temperature of our collaborators, protocols for cleaning, hygiene, and disinfection of both facilities and equipment, physical distancing measures on board all our units and facilities, among others.
