Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy, No-Shows, and Special Cases – Isla Pasión 1. Cancellations by the client: Cancellations with 48 hours or more notice: 100% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations between 24 and 48 hours before the tour: 50% refund of the amount paid. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: No refund applies. You can request a date change without penalty if you give 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. 2. No-Show: If the client does not show up on the day of the tour without prior notice, they will be charged 100% of the tour price and will lose the right to a refund or reschedule. 3. Cancellations Due to Weather or Force Majeure (by Isla Pasión): If Isla Pasión cancels the tour due to adverse weather conditions (heavy rain, thunderstorms, port closures by the Harbor Master, among others), the client may choose between: Rescheduling their tour to a different date at no additional cost (subject to availability). Requesting a 100% refund. Decisions regarding cancellations due to weather are made by authorized Isla Pasión personnel on the day of the tour, prioritizing the safety of our guests. 4. Force Majeure by the Client: If the client experiences a force majeure event (serious illness, accident, cruise or flight cancellation, etc.), they must present official documentation supporting their situation (medical certificate, airline/cruise notification). Isla Pasión will evaluate the case and, if approved, will offer a free rescheduling or a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances. Payment Policy: 100% payment is required to confirm your reservation. By making this payment, you agree to the cancellation, no-show, and special case terms described here. All prices include VAT and are in MXN. Payment Methods: Credit card, debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer (options available at checkout). If you require an invoice, please request one by sending your tax information to the email address indicated in your reservation confirmation. The invoice must be requested the same month of purchase.
